SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Rates
Standard U.S. shipping is $4.89. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping.

Made to Order
Vuurik products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. During holidays, high-volume periods, or other unusual circumstances, production may take longer.

Shipping & Delivery
After production is complete and your order ships, standard delivery typically takes approximately 5–8 business days, depending on your location, carrier, and other shipping conditions.

Please remember that production time and shipping time are separate. Most orders should therefore arrive approximately 7–13 business days after the order is placed, although this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking Your Order
You'll receive tracking information when your order ships. Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.

Multiple Packages
In some cases, items from the same order may be produced or shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping because your order is divided into multiple shipments.

Shipping Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at support@vuurik.com. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Carrier Delays
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
